Prescribed forms free of cost shall be available from the respective departments as well as from the following Branches of Habib Bank Ltd from 22- 08-2008 . |

Forms complete in all respects must reach to the concerned departments by
30-08-2008 during office hours.
Testimonials ( not necessarily attested ) should be attached with the application form. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained. Information regarding all types of reserved seats including seats on sport basis and Self-Finance basis is available with the concerned departments. During admissions departments shall be opened on Saturdays.

Clearance of Pre-Admission Entry Test is mandatory for the following departments only:-
Banking & Finance, Information Technology (IT), Geographical Information System (GIS), Sports Sciences, Botany, Applied Hydrology, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Statistics & Actuarial Sciences, Bio-Chemistry & Bio-Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology & Molecular Genetics, Zoology, Sociology, Social Work, Business Administration, Quality & Technology Management., English Language & Literature, Mathematics, Space Science, High Energy Physics, Integrated Mountain Research .
For these departments admission merit shall be worked out on 70% academics and 30% test performance basis. University is not bound to provide hostel accommodation to each and every admitted student. Limited available accommodation shall be allotted on merit basis. |
