Introduction
     Presently Engr. Arshid Mahmood Ali is on study leave to do his PhD from one of the top university of the world, University of Auckland, New Zealand. He has completed MS in Process Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Lahore and his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Chemical Engineering & Technology, University of The Punjab, the largest and oldest seat of learning in South Asia. He has been working in the leading industries of Pakistan. He has done a number of professional courses and trainings from Pakistan and abroad, He has also attended many training workshops and short courses on Environmental Management System. He has successfully completed many industrials projects. Presently he is a permanent consultant board member to Ittehad Chemicals Limited, Masood Textile Mills and Metro Water New Zealand.
During his industrial experience he has an excellent exposure to the implementation of Environmental Quality Standards, Managing the Occupational Health & Safety through OHSAS 180001. He is also involved in a number of consultancy projects .The main areas of his consultancy are, Waste Water Treatment , Photocatalytic Reactors, Characterization of Semi Oxide Catalysts as Photocatalysis, Environmental Management. He has supervised more than 25 graduate research projects at ICET University of the Punjab.

He is the Member of National Council for Quality and Technology Pakistan, Pakistan Engineering Council, Pakistan Engineering Congress, Society of Chemical Engineers New Zealand (SCENZ), Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) and Institute of Chemical Engineers Pakistan and many other professional Bodies.. He has been involved in teaching & research at Institute of Chemical Engineering & Technology, University of the Punjab and at Department of Chemical & Materials Engineering, Universiity of Auckland, New Zealand.
