LAHORE: (Saturday, June 23, 2012): Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has expressed his grief and sorrow over sad demise of renowned and senior journalist of Jang/Geo group Moeen Ahmad and participated in his funeral prayer. In a condolence statement, the VC said that he always promoted high values of journalism and followed the principals of objectivity. He prayed that Almighty Allah may grant courage to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude and the departed soul may rest in eternal peace.
