LAHORE: (Friday, July 13, 2012): A meeting to discuss various affairs of Punjab University Medical and dental college was held at Vice Chancellor’s Committee room.

The meeting was presided over by PU Vice Chancellor Mujahid Kamran which sought proposals from various departments. The meeting decided to start construction work on 150-bed hospital soon and a committee was formed to identify the site for the hospital. The college will be inaugurated by Mohsin-e-Pakistan Prof Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan.
