LAHORE: (Tuesday, August 07, 2012): The latest edition of Punjab University Department of Urdu’s magazine “Sakhan” December 2011 – August 2012 has been published. It consists of creative writings by renowned poets, writers, as well as students and faculty members of the department. It also contains coverage of literary sittings and conferences of the department.

Patron in Chief Prof Dr Fakhar ul Haq Noori, Supervisor Baseera Ambreen, Editor Attiya Zameer and Muhammad Nasrullah, efforts have made publication of the magazine possible.
