LAHORE: (Monday, September 10, 2012): Punjab University has awarded PhD degree to the scholar in which Zarqa Shaheen D/o Muhammad Siddique in the subject of Communication Studies after approval of her thesis entitled “Role of Information and Communication Technologies in Bringing Change Among Youngster’s Life: A Gender Perspective”. She completed her PhD under the supervision of renowned scholar, journalist, analyst, and former PU’s senior Prof of journalism Dr Shafiq Jullandhry.
