LAHORE: (Saturday, June 08, 2013): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran on Saturday chaired a meeting on education system held in collaboration with Pakistan National Forum (PNF). Vice Chancellor Government College University Prof Dr Khaleeq-ur-Rehman, Advisor to Vice Chancellor and President PNF Col (r) Ikramullah Khan, Lt Gen (r) Rahat Lateef, former chairman cricket board Khalid Mahmood and deans of various faculties were present on the occasion. The meeting demanded of the government to introduce uniform curriculum at national level. The meeting stressed the need to promote technical education in the society. The meeting urged the government ‘right man to the right post’. The meeting suggested that the government must review education system to eliminate divide on the basis of religion, lingual and ideology.
