LAHORE: (Friday, June 14, 2013): Punjab University has awarded 04 PhD degrees to the scholars in which Muhammad Afzal S/o Abadan in the subject of Economics after approval of his thesis entitled “Private Returns to Education and Determinants of Earnings: an Econometric Analysis”, Shahid Imtiaz S/o Imtiaz Ali in the subject of English after approval of his thesis entitled “Amorphous Lahore: Colonial and Post Colonial’’, Zamir Ahmad Ansari S/o Bashir Ahmad Ansari in the subject of Chemistry after approval of his thesis entitled “Electrochemical and Biochemical Treatment of Industrial Waste Water” and Noreen Razzaq D/o Razzaq Saeed in the subject of Urdu after approval of her thesis entitled “Urdu Afsanay Ki Rawayat aur Pakistani Khawateen Afsana Nigar Tehqeeqi-o-Tanqeedi Mutala’a (1947 Say Asar-e-Hazir Tak)”.
