LAHORE: (Saturday, June 15, 2013): Punjab University has awarded PhD degree to the scholar in which Mahboob Hussain S/o Bashir Ahmad in the subject of Pakistan Studies after approval of his thesis entitled “Institution Building in Pakistan: A Study of Parliament (1971-1977)” He is first scholar who obtain PhD degree in Pakistan Studies from Punjab University. Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mujahid Kamran has congratulated Mahboob Hussain for this achievement.
