PU IAP organizes alumni dinner


LAHORE: (Monday, April 10, 2017): Punjab University Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) organized Alumni dinner with full zeal and zest to revised memories of the golden time spent in the institute, bid farewell to the passed out batch and welcome the newcomers. The energetic event included prestigious guests who were a significant part of the Institute. The Director Prof. Dr. Farah Malik and faculty members welcomed the gracious personalities including Dean faculty of Life Science Prof. Dr. Muhammad Naeem Khan, founding chairperson Dr. Rafia Hassan, former Directors Prof. Dr. Rukhsana Kausar, Prof. Dr. Ruhi Khalid, Prof. Dr. Sameen Alam, Prof. Dr. Yasmin Farooqi, Dr. Mian Aftab Ahmed, Professor Emeritus IAP Prof. Dr. Najma Najam, Ex. President of Pakistan Psychological Association Dr. Bilal Aslam Sufi and Mr. Riaz Fatyana.

The program started with the Almighty’s name and continued with cultural depiction of Pakistan. It included diverse skits depicting everyday life of a psychologist. The fun continued with the singing performances of students, mimes highlighting the creativity and involvement of students. The students gave titles and souvenirs to their seniors. The program ended with Director’s note on the importance of such events in which alumni meet, share experiences and most importantly relive the moments spent at the Institute.
