Selection in renowned scientist’s expert group discussion at São Paulo School of Advanced Science on Climate Change-2017, Brazil


Mr. Salman Tariq, Lecturer in Department of Space Science, have been selected to participate in the expert group discussion on Climate Change in São Paulo School of Advanced Science: Scientific basis, adaptation, vulnerability and mitigation to be held from 3rd to 15th July 2017 in São Paulo, Brazil. Renowned scientists from multidisciplinary and multicultural contexts will discuss important themes of the IPCC Assessment Report 5 in three Working Groups.
The School is organized by the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) and the Interdisciplinary Climate Investigation Center (INCLINE), and sponsored by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), Pró Reitoria de Pesquisa/University of São Paulo (PRP/USP), and Santander.
He has been chosen to be a part of working group of 130 participants selected from 59 countries around the world. His visit is fully sponsored by the IAI and INCLINE.
This representation will earn honor to our beloved country and specifically to University of the Punjab.
