The Department of Applied Psychology, teaching and non-teaching staff was present in the department for launching Dengue Awareness Campaign on 26th August 2012, as per the orders of the Punjab Government.

At first the round of the Department was taken by the faculty members and all such places where there was a chance of dengue mosquitoes breeding were identified and instructions were given to clean all such places.A seminar was conducted in which all the teaching and non-teaching staff participated.

Dr. Naumana Amjad highlighted the importance of the topic. Admin 0fficer, Mr. Mukhtar gave briefing about the dengue: symptoms, prevention and cure. Dr. Iram Fatima concluded the session.A faculty meeting was held, in which further decisions were taken to make the department, as well as our surroundings, free from dengue.
