LAHORE: (Tuesday, March 15, 2022): Punjab University Remote Sensing, GIS and Climatic Research Lab (RSGCRL), National Centre of GIS and Space Applications (NCGSA), Centre for Remote Sensing in collaboration with Pak Institute of Statistical Training and Research (PISTAR) has an international workshop on “Utilization of Remote Sensing in Sample Surveys and Censuses”. Team Leader Dr Asim Daud Rana, Dr Khalid Mahmood, Research Associates Dr Syed Muhammad Irteza and Ms Fiza Faizi highlighted the scope and demonstrated the Remote Sensing and GIS Applications in Census and Surveying. The workshop was exclusively designed for public and private sector professionals and statisticians working in the fields of Census and Surveying.
