LAHORE: (Saturday, March 02, 2012): Punjab University Department of Gender Studies organized a workshop on “Documentary Making” for the students of 3rd semester, taking course “Gender and Media”. The workshop was mainly facilitated by Interactive Resource Center (IRC). The purpose of the workshop was to provide students with an opportunity to get practical hand on the media techniques. Thirty selected students attended the session and participated in three days in-door and 2 days out-door activities. The department aims to continue collaboration with IRC in order to provide its students practical skills along with theoretical knowledge.
