LAHORE:  (August 9, 2008): Higher Education Commission's (HEC) Advisor Ms Mary-Linder Merriam Armacost visited Punjab University.

Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran discussed the university development, tenure track system, semester system, BS (Hons) programme and other matters in details. Controller of Examinations Prof Zahid Karim Khan, Registrar Prof Dr Muhammad Naeem Khan and other officers were present. Then Ms Armacost met the senior teachers of the university and has a candid and interactive discussion with them. Teachers gave their suggestions on tenure track, BS (Hons) system, semester system and HEC-University relations.
