LAHORE : (Saturday, January 23, 2010): On the directive of Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran has created a new post of professor in the PU Oriental College and designated it as ‘Rumi Chair' , after the renowned poet, jurist, theologian and Sufi mystic, Moulana Jalal ud Din Muhammad Rumi with immediate effect.
