JICA-III, HEC Need Based Scholarships

This is for the information of students who have applied for the JICA-III, HEC Japanese Need Based Scholarship

Note:

1. The students are required to acknowledge their presence at least one day before meeting in the office (IT Centre) of undersigned.
2. The students are required to check their record on Punjab university website and also on notification for their assistance.
3. The applicants whose names are not included in the list or place in wrong Category/Discipline are required to contact the office of undersigned at least one day before the Meeting (Positively). 
4. No academic record is required by the applicants for interview purpose as scholarships are need based.
5. Students of SELF-FINANCE & SELF-SUPPORTING are NOT ELIGIBLE for this scholarship. The data is prepared carefully even if any such students are called; he/she need not to come before the committee, as his/her CASE will NOT BE CONSIDERED.
