Zeshan is a dynamic academician who has completed his PhD in Marketing from University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Previously, he has done MBA and M.Sc. in Computer Sciences with distinction. He has been working in the Institute since 2002. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he is currently looking after a diverse portfolio of activities at IBA that includes In-charge External Linkages & Placement Resource Centre, In-charge Information Technology, In-charge Tours, In-charge Examinations (Evening Programs).
He has participated in several national and international conferences, seminars and workshops. He has also attended a number of international trainings on research methods, academic writing, statistical software (SPSS, AMOS, R). His research areas include Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Management Information Systems, Leadership and Change Management, Human Resource Management, Innovation Management and Quantitative Data Analysis Techniques.
