Institute of Special Education (ISE) prepares itself to offer opportunities for all on equitable basis so respective experiences may transform into a culture where all could adapt to diversities and excel together as a blend.
Our dedicated departments are designed to provide transformative opportunities for mentorship, experiential, and discovery learning. We believe in interdependence and that everyone deserves to have access to opportunities whereby one could live a fuller life in an all inclusive world.

The Department of Special Education is a post-graduate special education sequence of the University of the Punjab Lahore, located at the Quaid-e-Azam Campus. The Department was set up in January 1990. It pioneered post-graduate studies in the field of Special Education in Punjab. The Department caters for the educational needs of special students by providing them qualified teachers and consultants having a Master, M. Phil and Ph.D. degrees.
