• Presently, I am Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science, University of the Punjab , Lahore , Pakistan ; I usually impart instructions in international political economy, external relation of Pakistan , terrorism and counter terrorism, war and conduct of war, political geography and western political thoughts. Major duties are Preparing Course Outlines, Quizzes, Making papers for graduate, post graduate classes for the University of the Punjab, and Government College University Lahore, and University of Quetta, have supervised theses of four M.Phil students of the Punjab University for the session 2006-07, Coordinator for Masters in Diplomacy and Strategic Studies Programme and member of purchase committee, discipline committee, environment committee and sports incharge in the department since 01-05-06 to date, conducting simulations, holding national conferences, seminars on national as well as international issues and career counseling with the students. Nominated as an expert for Quality Enhancement Cell of the Punjab University since 06-07-07 to date. Hold a Dialogue every week on any current national and international issues at the Department of Political Science, University of the Punjab , Lahore , Pakistan . Presently I am also working as an anchor in a road investigation show named as TALASH at Waqt TV since February 2008 to March 2009. I did 50 episodes of the programme.
• Have been member of Higher Education Commission committee for reviewing curriculum for International Relations (BS/MS) since 2006 to date.
• Have been called as an expert for the appointment of lecturers in political science in Federal Public Service Commission (2006, 2009) and Faisalabad University in 2007.
• Have been lecturer in Political Science in Government Islamia College Civil Lines, Lahore since January 1995 to April, 13 2006, imparting instructions to postgraduate classes in the disciplines of International Relations, Foreign Policies of Major Powers, Comparative and Developmental Politics and External Relations of Pakistan, holding national conferences, seminars on international issues and career counseling with the students.
• Have been an anchor person for a TV channel AAJ , since June 2005 to June 2006, holding a talk show pertaining to agriculture. Major duties were making research on the given topic every week, writing script and anchoring the programme, visiting whole Pakistan as the programme was based on out door shooting.
• Have been visiting faculty member for two consecutive semesters at the University of South Asia, Lahore Cantt, imparting instructions to graduate classes in three disciplines titled as International Relations , Globalization, and its impact on Pakistan and Pakistan Studies since January 2005 to September 2005.
• Have been a coordinator in an NGO, Society for the advancement of higher education (SAHE) since 1991-1994. Major duties were to write reports and manage resource persons for the given locality.
• Have a certificate in Film Production Course conducted by Goethe Institute Karachi in 1991, learnt grammar of the shot, editing, writing scripts, and direction, including all pre and post production techniques.

• I delivered a lecture in the University of West Virginia , U.S.A on 09-04-09 ; Talk was on Globalization and Models of Development.
• I delivered a lecture in the University at Buffalo , The State University of New York; Cora P. Maloney College , the U.S.A on 14-04-09 ; the talk was on The Cultural Consequences of the Recent Political Movements in Pakistan .
• I developed a curriculum for peace by attending a conference held by IRAJ foundation, Gulshan Ravi Lahore, on 18-19 December 2008 and 20-21 February 2009, a project sponsored by USAID Pakistan.

• Attended and conducted a lecture, held on 12-01-09 at the Department of Political Science University of the Punjab Lahore. Lecture delivered by Mr. Bryan D. Hunt, Principal Officer Consulate of the United States on the topic War against Terrorism and its Impact on Pakistan Society at Present and in Future.
• I participated and read a paper titled as Role of Education in the Consolidation of Islamic Solidarity in the First International Conference on The Role of Education, Science, Culture and Communication for the Consolidation of Islamic Solidarity, held in Tehran , Iran from February 20-21, 2008 by ISESCO.
