After doing their BA with Fine Arts as an elective subject, students can persue a two years Masters Course in Painting. The course focuses on studio work emphasizing on oil painting as a medium of expression.
A thorough grinding in traditionall representational techniques and methods is given. The programme requires freehand drawing and painting skills, observation from nature and a command of the medium. Students also study Sculpture and Graphic Arts as minor subjects and are exposed to the History of Art & Architecture of the Western and Islamic Civilizations.
