Instructions for Author

All material should be sent exclusively to the Pakistan Journal of Information Management & Libraries (PJIM & L). Work which has already been reported in a published paper or is described in a paper sent or accepted elsewhere for publication should not be submitted.

Paper submission
Manuscripts, prepared in .doc format using Microsoft Word, must be submitted through email to the Chief Editor at pjiml.im@pu.edu.pk. There is no limit on article length. Contributor’s name, affiliation and contact information must be given only on the title page of manuscript. Please include an abstract and up to five keywords. Use APA Publication Manual (6th edition) for article formatting. References must be given at the end of text.

Review Process:
After a preliminary editorial review, articles are sent to two/three referees for blind review. Authors are informed about comments of the referees and requested to revise the article accordingly, if required. The review process takes two to three months.

Paper Publishing:
The PJIM & L is published as an online open access journal available at https://pu.edu.pk/home/journal/8/Current-Issue.html. An article is published on the website of PJIM & L as soon as review process and formatting are completed. Authors are not provided with any printed copies of the issue or off-prints.
