Instructions for Author |

| |
- Unpublished articles which fall under the discipline of history will be welcomed.
- The publication fee for the article is Rs. 20000/-. The author would have to submit Rs. 5000/- at the time of the submission and remaining Rs. 15000/- at the time of publication.
- The article should be an original contribution to knowledge and plagiarized work will never be accepted.
- Turabian style should be followed for references, footnotes, endnotes, bibliography, tables, maps and images etc.
- The softcopy of the article and the contents including tables, maps and diagrams etc. should be on paper size (width 6.38” x height 9.38”) single spaced with font size of 10 having margins of 0.63” at Top & Bottom and 0.88” at both Left & right.
- Softcopy of article should be sent through email to the Editor (editor.pujhs@pu.edu.pk) as attached file only as Microsoft Word document between 5000-8000 words.
- Utmost care should be taken to prepare statistical data for publication. All headings, columns, rows, symbols, units of measurement, periods, political and geographical areas, and sources should be clearly stated.
- Authors should submit their articles with plagiarism report. The first page of the paper should include the title of the paper as the name and institutional afiliation of the author.
- The Editor reserves the right to select or reject any article for publication in the Journal without any reason.
- The Journal follows double blind peer review policy. No article/s will be published without being reviewed by two experts (Foreign and Local).
- Any article avoiding above guidelines will not be accepted for publication in the Journal of the Punjab University Historical Society.
