- Abstracts must be submitted in English and describe substantive scientific results in the field.
- Each registrant can submit only ONE abstract for evaluation.
- The same abstract cannot be submitted by different participants.
- Abstracts submitted through ONLINE form will be considered only. The registering participant will receive a confirmation email of the Receipt of abstract submission.
- All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a peer-review Committee. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correctly edited and accurate abstract. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no scientific data or significant errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts.
- A decision on the submitted abstract will be sent to the Presenting Author by February 13, 2023.
- Accepted abstracts will be presented in either thematic Oral Sessions or Poster Sessions depending on the decision of peer-review committee.
Guidelines for Abstract file:
- Use font Times New Roman for your abstract file.
- Font size: 14 for the title and 12 for rest of the file
- Line spacing: 1.5 for the abstract and single for the other sections.
- Sequence: Title, List of authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords
- Title: Bold and Use Title Case
- List of authors: Write full names, Underline the name of presenter
- Affiliations: For more than 1 institute, use numerical numbering (1,2,3, …) in Superscript, e.g., Ahmad1.
- Abstract: Maximum 300 words
- Keywords: use 3-6 keywords that define your research
