Dr. Kashif Ali did his MSc from Department of Mathematics, The University of Punjab in 2003. He completed his PhD in 2008 under fully funded scholarship at Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences, GCU, Lahore. Higher Education Commission grant him postdoctorate fellwoship for a year in 2011 at The University of Newcastle, Australia.

He is serving at Department of Marhematics, COMSATS UNIVERSITY ISLAMABAD, Lahore campus since 2008 and right now he is Tunered Professor of Mathematics. He has also served the department as Associate Head for more than four years and Head of the departmnet from 2020 to 2023. His areas of research are Graph Theory, Soliton Theory and Matehmatical Biology.

He has produced 100+ publications and supervised six (06) PhD scholars and 40 + MS students.
