The Boarding and lodging arrangements are in general, the responsibility of the Organizers. The travel costs for local participants are expected to be arranged by themselves. However, modest funds may be available to cover the expenses, either in full or in part, of some participants from foreign countries.

The accommodation will be provided at University Club, University of The Punjab, Lahore.
