I have valid experience of developing, managing, evaluating, and operating technical education programs at micro, mezzo, and macro level. I have proven experience of designing, developing and implementing technical education programs. Teaching-Learning process, curriculum development, pedagogy, assessment, and evaluation are my core competency areas. I have contributed for examination system of BISEs, Technical Education Board and Universities in all relevant capacities. Technology Education Department of University of the Punjab is pioneer in this field. I have contributed to teaching-learning process, development of scheme of studies, monitoring of examinations, assessment, and evaluation process. My PhD research focused on technical education and briefly explored the attitude of students towards technology.
