INCENTIVES PROVIDED TO M.PHIL / PHD SUPERVISOR:

A University teacher holding a Ph.D. degree and supervising Ph.D. research work will be paid honorarium of Rs. 100,000/- per student at successful completion of Ph.D degree. In case of more than one supervisor this amount will equally be divided among all supervisors. |

Since Ph.D. research Guidance by Lecturer and Assistant Professor tantamount to additional workload, it should be compensated by adjusting in 9 Credit Hour workload (one Credit Hour per student with maximum of three Credit Hours). |

M.Phil. supervisor will be awarded an honorarium of Rs. 7500/- w.e.f. 14-11-2015. |
iv |
Retired, active and academically sound University Professors in all faculties may be co-opted for course work and as Supervisor for PhD program. |
