To prepare Scientific/Educational manpower with depth of knowledge and research competence of international level to fill positions in Research Organizations, Industry, Management, Universities, Health Care and Educational Institutions. |

To establish centers of research of high quality (both fundamental and applied) in the University. |

To improve the qualification, skills, and expertise of teachers/officers and thus provide competent teachers/officers at all levels of Education in Universities, Colleges and Schools.
