Committee Room Policy

The use of the premises shall be restricted to the following purposes only.

1- Worthy Vice Chancellor/Pro-Vice Chancellor and his guests.

2- Distinguished Guests

3- The Management Committee of the Club Meetings.

4- Official Meetings of the University Authorities

5- Academic Staff Association Meetings

6- Officers Welfare Association Meetings

7- On the request of the Members who have booked dining Hall for 20 persons and above using CR as a sitting/waiting arrangement.

8- Members can also use the facility by advance booking paying Rs.1000 charges per hour.
