Our mission is to develop highly skilled, compassionate, and ethical health-care professionals who are equipped with knowledge and clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and manage various health related issues. We strive to foster an environment of academic excellence, where students are encouraged to engage in evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and lifelong learning. Through a comprehensive curriculum that combines theoretical instruction with hands-on clinical experience, we aim to prepare our graduates to meet the diverse and evolving needs of individuals with health issues. Chairman's Message
Department of Allied Health Sciences is committed to academic excellence, professional integrity, and the development of skilled healthcare professionals who can meet the evolving needs of the society.
We strive to provide a strong foundation in theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and clinical training. Our programs are designed to promote critical thinking, ethical practice, and evidence-based learning. With professional faculty members and a supportive learning environment, we aim to prepare our students to serve with competence and compassion.
The Department continuously works to enhance its academic standards, research initiatives, and laboratory facilities to ensure quality education in line with national and international benchmarks. We encourage our students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to lifelong learning.

Department Introduction
The department of allied health sciences was originally approved in 2017 which was further strengthened in 2025 under the visionary leadership of Vice chancellor, Punjab University Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali (TI, SI) and Dean Faculty of Health sciences, Prof. Dr. Rehan Sadiq Sheikh. The department is dedicated to advancing healthcare through education, research, and the preparation of skilled professionals in various allied health disciplines and aims to provide a comprehensive educational experience that combines classroom learning, laboratory work, and hands-on clinical practice in a variety of settings. Our degree programs are designed to provide students with a strong foundation in healthcare, preparing them for impactful careers in the ever-evolving medical field. Students engage in supervised clinical placements, internships, and research opportunities, which prepare them for professional practice upon graduation. Additionally, our programs encourage critical thinking, lifelong learning, and ethical practice, empowering graduates to deliver high-quality care to individuals across the lifespan—from pediatric to geriatric populations.
With a focus on academic excellence and patient-centered care, the Department of Allied Health Sciences is committed to producing compassionate and skilled professionals who are prepared to meet the growing demands of hearing healthcare in diverse clinical environments.
