Accomodation and Travel

Limited on-campus accommodation is available for foreign and local participants. All requests for accommodation must be made to the Committee at the time of Registration and in any case before the deadline of October 20, 2019. If applicable, 20% non-refundable advance for room booking will be included in the registration fee.

No request for accommodation will be entertained after the deadline and in such cases the participants will be required to make their own arrangements for stay and transportation to the conference venue.
