Group Registrations
Take advantage of 10% reduced fee on registration as a group of 10 or more students/researchers. Participants are also advised to register in advance to get benefit of Early Bird Registration.
*  A proof of studentship is required from the Head of Department.

What does Registration Include?

   All Scientific Sessions, and
   Poster / Exhibition Area

5. Gala Dinner on Day 2

*Registration badges will not be mailed instead be available for pick up onsite from the Registration Desk. Registration badge is required for admission to all scientific sessions, poster area, and social functions.

Registrations are non-transferable. Requests for cancellation of registration and refunds must be submitted in writing to the Registration Office and postmarked by October 20, 2019. No refund requests will be granted after this date. A 25% fee charges will be deducted from all registration cancellation/refund cases.

After Registration
After you have completed the registration process, don’t forget to:

• Complete your abstract submission.
• Make your travel arrangements for the conference at Punjab University, Lahore.
• Apply for a visa, if applicable.
• Book your hotel room.
