​ Important Notes
​

• Abstracts must be submitted in English and describe substantive scientific results in the field.
• Each registrant can submit only ONE abstract for evaluation.
• The same abstract cannot be submitted by different participants.
• It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correctly edited and accurate abstract. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no scientific data or significant errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts.
• Receipt of abstract submission will be acknowledged immediately upon submission. A decision on the submitted abstract, however, will be sent to the Presenting Author only by October 20, 2019.
• Accepted abstracts will be presented in either thematic Poster Sessions or Oral Sessions. Closer to the Conference, the Presenting Authors will receive a detailed presentation guideline, if their abstract is accepted.
• Only the Presenting Author will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract status, presentation type, date and time, via the Presenting Author’s email provided in the abstract submission form.

The Scientific Program features:
​ 

• Invited Talks (renowned scientists within the country and abroad) – 30 min (25 min presentation + 5 min discussion)
• Oral Presentations (selected from the submitted abstracts) – 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min discussion)
• Posters Presentations: Posters will be displayed based on the session topics on a daily basis. Poster boards can accommodate posters (portrait layout) of the following dimensions: 100 cm width × 140 cm height.
