Dr. Zobia Suhail completed her PhD in Computer Science at Aberystwyth University, United Kingdom in 2019. She is a researcher and academic specializing in medical image processing and machine learning for the identification and classification of abnormalities in medical images.

With over 38 peer-reviewed research publications across journals, conferences, and workshops, Dr. Suhail’s work spans a broad range of critical healthcare applications. Her major contributions include:

• Skin lesion detection and classification for early diagnosis of dermatological diseases.
• Breast cancer detection and classification using advanced image analysis techniques.
• Breast density estimation for possible cancer risk assessment.
• Knee arthritis detection from X-ray imaging to support timely diagnosis and management.
• Eye disease detection from fundus and retinal images to aid ophthalmic screening and prevention of vision loss.
