Mr. Rahat Noman is working as a Lecturer at Department of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab Jhelum Campus since September 2017 to date. He did Masters of Science in Economics and Finance (3Years) from International Islamic university Islamabad Pakistan. He also has done MS/MPhil in Economics with specialization in innovation and technological change from Friedrich Schiller University of Jena Germany with first class honours. Currently, he is enrolled in PhD at Chemnitz University of Technology in Germany and working on his dissertation. He has a good command over econometric Analysis by using SPSS, Stata and EViews. Further, he worked as a Research Assistant at University of Jena and University of Siegen located in Germany with different time periods. His research interest spans the broad areas of international Finance, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), innovation economics and macroeconomics, particularly the econometric modelling of the managerial-and technology-related aspects of firms’ growth and internationalization. His M.Phil research dissertation focused on a detailed micro-econometric examination of the effects of FDI on the innovation performance of Central and Eastern European countries, and the role of regional economic factors in delineating these activities. |
