Dr. Muhammad Zeeshan Danish s/o Muhammad Jamal is working as Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy where he started his career in teaching and research since 2004 for more than 21 years. He is appointed as Head/Director of Nanotechnology, Biopharmaceuticals and Tissue engineering Center (PU-NanoBioTec) which is his brain child established at University of the Punjab in 2018, since he is supervising this center till to date. He has the honor to be the founder member of Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA). He has also served as technical advisor for the establishment of first 252 bed, Isolation and Infection Control Center in Islamabad of worth 4 billion Pak Rupees with the cooperation of NIH, FWO and NDMA to treat COVID-19 patients during global Pandemics. He has been also the part of the panel of experts on biologicals for Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan (DRAP) and appointed as focal person to establish Punjab University Medical and Dental College (PUMDC). He has been awarded PhD from University of Nottingham U.K globally ranked top 66th . His PhD research work was completed with international patent-based DNA and RNA technology for Medical and forensic applications. He holds additionally M.Phil and Masters in Management Degrees as well which extends his vision for strong administration and institutional management . He also remained member of the Tribunal of District and Sessions Drug Courts Lahore and decided more than 1500 drug related criminal/forensic cases in limited time of one year. He has international experience of teaching of Pharmacy Undergraduate Classes at School of Pharmacy, University of Nottingham U.K for three years as well. His PhD patent technology was transferred to one of the most well renowned tracking/tracing companies in the world i.e Trace-Tag international, where he worked as a DNA and RNA technology transfer Associate at senior position and trained their scientists as a Postdoctoral candidate in Wales (Cardiff) U.K. He also worked as Research Fellow at Florida, Ventura USA. He is the Author of more than 55 impact factor peer reviewed articles in the relevant field of testing and published more than 60 abstracts in national and international conference proceedings . He the distinguished Editor of International Journal of RNAi and Gene Silencing Oxford, Chief Editor of the Journal of United Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences (JUMPS) and Journal of United Science and Technology (JUST). Dr Zeeshan Danish have successfully developed international research Collaborations with University of Oxford, University of Edinburgh, University of London and Loughborough University United Kingdome, Bonn University Germany and Bordeaux University France and supervised/supervising PhD research students on different DNA-RNA based projects. He is the pioneer to bring national International Firms and Scientists at one platform in Pakistan and established technology show cases each year since 2019 and conducted International Conferences as chief organizer/chairman on Pharmaceutical and Biological Sciences (IC-PBS), Internal Conference of Food Agriculture Sciences and Technologies (IC-FAST) and International Conference on Research on Oncology and Cancer Sciences (IC-ROCS).
