Lahore is the cultural hub and the capital city of Punjab, Pakistan. A lot of different cultural and academic activities take place in the city all around the year and especially in February, as it is a season of spring and festivity. Keeping in view the multitude of activities taking place in Lahore during the scheduled conference days, it is suggested to the participants/students/delegates/professionals to kindly book their accommodation in advance.
We are facilitating limited low-cost accommodation for reservation in the following venues, which are closer to the conference arena:
Charges: 3000 PKR/per night (capacity for two people) Breakfast for one person will be complimentary, while all other services (including meals) will be charged in addition to the accommodation charges.

Charges: 1600 PKR/ per room /per night (for 2 persons) All services (including meals) will be charged in addition to the accommodation charges.

Charges: 250PKR/ student per night (without bedding). While an extra amount of 250PKR/student per night will be charged for bedding. All other services (including meals) will be charged in addition to the accommodation charges.

You can either directly book your room by contacting the facilities mentioned above by giving our reference or we can facilitate in reserving a room for you. However you will be responsible for making all payments on your arrival or after checking out. Please book your accommodation latest by 1st January, 2019 and confirm it by 15th January, 2019. Failing to confirm reservation after due date will result in cancellation of your reservation. In case you want to cancel the booking then please inform to the concerned authorities or us at least 4 days before the commencement of the conference.
