Poster presentations and Competition will be held during RSGCC-2023 among the poster participants. Students/scholars (BS, MSc, BE, MPhil/MS, and PhD programs) and/or early & mid-career professionals dealing with the following subjects, disciplines, and fields (but not limited to) are welcome to submit and display their posters in this competition;

Best Poster Awards

Best posters will be awarded with cash prizes, shields, certificates and membership of “Association of Professionals for Remote Sensing, GIS and Climate Change (ARGC)”. 

Poster Submission:

1. To participate in RSGCC-2023 Poster Competition, please prepare your Abstract and Poster relevant to Conference Theme(s) as per given templates;

2. Please fill in the Submission Form to submit your Poster Abstract.

3. The poster abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Conference Technical & Review Committee and corresponding authors of the accepted abstracts will be communicated via email for submission of registration fee.
4. Upon fee confirmation, the registered candidates will send softcopies of their Posters (prepared as per the given template) via email at rsgcc-2023@pu.edu.pk.
5. The candidates registered for poster competition will provide their Posters in printed forms (on a best quality paper) to the Registration Desk on 13 March 2023 which would then be displayed on the Display Stands. The poster participants will demonstrate the visitors and Conference Technical & Review Committee about their poster work.
6. Conference Technical & Review Committee will select the best posters for awards (cash prizes, shields, certificates and ARGC Membership).

Registration Fee:

• Students: PKR 1000/- (One thousand rupees)
• Professionals: PKR 1500/- (Fifteen hundred rupees)

 Registration fee includes;

• Chance to win Poster Competition Award.
• Certificate and refreshment.
• Complimentary membership of “Association of Professionals for Remote Sensing, GIS and Climate Change (ARGC)”.

 Payment Mode:
