1. Registration Fee for Oral Presentations:

Registration fee for Oral Presentation includes;

• Conference kit, certificate, and refreshments.
• Membership of ARGC.

International Participants:

Charges for boarding & lodging and pick & drop services for;

(a) on campus accommodation: USD 25 – 30 per night per person (approximately, depending upon availability of accommodation), while

(b) off campus accommodation (hotels, guest houses etc.): USD 50 – 100 per night per person (approximately, depending upon facilities and quality of services).

Attendees:

• Conference kits and meals would not be provided to attendees/visitors.
• Certificates (softcopy) will be sent through email (after the conference) to those attendees who got registered themselves before or during the conference.

2.Registration Fee for Poster presentations & Competition:

Students:                     PKR 1000/-

Professionals:             PKR 1500/-

Registration fee to participate in Poster Competition includes;

• Chance to win Poster Competition Award.
• Certificate and refreshment.
• Complimentary membership of “Association of Professionals for Remote Sensing, GIS and Climate Change (ARGC)”.
