1. Please prepare your Paper/Manuscrits, Oral Presentations and Posters relevant to Conference Theme(s) as per given templates:

2. Please fill in the Submission Form to submit your Abstract for Oral Presentation and/or Poster Competition.

3. The abstracts submitted for Oral Presentation and/or Poster Competition will be peer reviewed by the Conference Technical & Review Committee and corresponding authors of the accepted abstracts will be communicated via email for submission of registration fee.
4. Upon fee confirmation, the registered candidates will send softcopies of their Papers/Manuscripts, Presentations and/or Posters (prepared as per the given templates) via email at rsgcc-2023@pu.edu.pk.
5. The registered presenters will provide their final presentations (if changed) to the Registration Desk on 13 March 2023 which would be displayed on the multimedia projector during the respective conference session.
6. Presentation time would be 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes Q&A session.
7. The candidates registered for poster presentations and competition will provide their Posters in printed forms (on a best quality paper) to the Registration Desk on 13 March 2023 which would then be displayed on the Display Stands. The poster participants will demonstrate the visitors and Conference Technical & Review Committee about their poster work.
8. Conference Technical & Review Committee will select the best paper and posters for awards (cash prizes, shields, certificates and ARGC Membership).
9. Selected papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
