Dr. Misbah Malik (Assistant Professor) is working as in-charge Department of Elementary Education, Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab Lahore Pakistan. She has done PhD in Education from the Institute of Education and Research University of the Punjab and Post Doc from Middle Tennessee State University, USA. Her Area of specialization in PhD was curriculum. She got distinction in Masters (Elementary Education) and obtained Punjab University Gold Medal. She is a HEC approved supervisor. She is managing editor of HEC recognized “Y” category Research journal titled “Journal of Elementary Education”. She is the author of 19 Books. She has 100+ publications in journals of national and international repute and many are under publication process. She has presented more than hundred papers in national and international conferences. She has visited Japan, America, Australia, Egypt, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. She is serving as trainer of promotion link training of school heads from BPS-17-18, 18-19 and 19-20 grades since 2017 and conducted more than 100 sessions at QAED (old DSD). She has completed five national and international projects. Currently she is doing five projects out of those, one is awarded by an international organization, three are awarded by PEF and one is awarded by University of the Punjab. She has memberships of 14 professional and welfare organizations. She has contributed to the development of the curriculum of "Science III" for B Ed. (Hon 4 Years program) and teacher guide for the same course. She is a registered author of Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board. She is a member of the Board of faculty of Institute of Education and Research. Her focus of interest is to conduct research on different areas of early childhood education, STEM Education, Sustainable Development Goals, Inclusive Education, General Education, Special Education, Higher Education, Mathematics Education, Sociology and Psychology of Education etc.
