Rabia Saleem is an Assistant Professor at Hailey College of Banking and Finance, University of the Punjab, Lahore. She is a dedicated teacher with an extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
She holds M-Phil in Business Administration (Superior University) and MBA in Finance (IBA, University of the Punjab). Her research interests include human resource management and organizational behavior, with a particular focus on leadership styles and employee behavior. In addition to teaching assignments, she is involved in various non-teaching activities and serving on several committees.
