Dr. Fizza Rizvi Assistant professor, has been serving Hailey College of Banking and Finance for more than eleven years. Her educational background comprises of BBA hons. (Gold medalist), MBA (first position) and PhD (Management Science).
Apart from teaching, she holds responsibility of multiple functions of the institution including, PhD coordinator, conference secretary (for annual international research conference held at HCBF), incharge thesis allocation and incharge literary society. Her areas of expertise include management, organizational behaviour, human resource management and research. She has supervised a number of research thesis at post graduate level.
