Mrs. Tahreem Saddiq is a lecturer in Hailey College of Banking & Finance, Faculty of Commerce, University of the Punjab. She completed her MPhil (Business administration) in 2015 from NCBA&E.
She teaches graduation and master’s level courses. Her research field is Organizational Management and Organizational Behaviour. Her research interest is leadership and employee behaviours, perceptions, attitudes. She is convener of College Scholarship Committee, and member of various college Committees.
