Eligibility:
•
As per University of the Punjab in accordance with HEC guidelines.
•
Prior to entry into a M.Sc. (Engg.) Electrical Engineering program, the student shall have been awarded his/her B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in the relevant subject* from HEC recognized University with the PEC registration number.
•
No third division in the career.
•
Merit Formula: As per basic criteria approved by Punjab University’s Doctoral Program Coordination Committee (DPCC) guidelines.
2. Entrance Exam:
•
All applicants must take a written test conducted by the University of the Punjab's
•
Electrical Engineering department. The written test or interview will assess the applicant's knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering concepts and their potential for success in the program.
3. Shortlisting and Interview:
•
 Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview to evaluate academic performance after written test.
* The program can be in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering field (e.g., Electrical / Telecommunication / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Electronics / Electrical & Communication /Avionics / Communication Technologies / Computer System)
