Muhammad Sajid Joined faculty of department of Political Science in 2004 and is a motivated and committed young scholar. He has also served as a permanent faculty member in Forman Christian College (FCC) Lahore. His career is amalgamation of teaching as well as journalism. He worked as Anchor Person of a political program on Royal TV as well as sub editor Daily Khabrain.
He received his masters in Political Science from University at Albany SUNY (state University of New York) in 2015. Previously he did his undergrad, masters and M.Phil in Political Science from GC University Lahore. He works on areas like democratization, voting behavior, contentious politics, separatist movements, nuclear deterrence and conflict resolution etc. Primarily, he is proficient in the sub-field of comparative Politics but works in domain of International relations too. He has organized and participated in many seminars, conferences and workshops both at national and international level. He is a vibrant professional who served as an elected member Punjab University Academic Council, Joint Secretary Punjab University Academic Staff Association and member American Political Science Association etc.
