The Centre offers M.Phil. Degree in Microelectronics Engineering and Semiconductor Physics (MESP), which is a unique blend of engineering & physics. This is the first time in Pakistan that a degree is offered related to the high-tech industry of Microelectronics. Physicists and Engineers both will get the opportunity to join hand for research. The aim of the degree is to train technical manpower with abilities to not only serve the multibillion dollar industry but to become part of a team working for the future devices for the industry.
