Prof. Dr. Sobia Khurram holds a PhD in Management from University of Stirling, UK, an MPhil in Management from Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab and an MBA from Institute of Business Administration, University of the Punjab. She is currently working as a Professor at Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab and has served at various administrative positions within University of the Punjab including Director Confucius Institute, Director Women Development Centre and Director External Linkages. She is a well published author at both national and international levels and regularly attends national/international conferences. Her research interests include e-Governance, Public Governance, Public Policy, Public Sector Reforms, and Organizational Studies. She teaches advanced courses in areas of Governance, Policy and Research Methods and techniques.
