Professor Dr Rafia Rafique is currently serving as director Institute of Applied Psychology University of the Punjab, Lahore. She is the elected president of Pakistan Psychological Association. Dr Rafique’s academic profile speaks for itself. She has been awarded National Talent Scholarship. Her name is published in the encyclopedia of high achievers of Kinnaird College 'Light, Courage and Love'. She completed her post doc from University of Nottingham UK. She was awarded the 6th HEC outstanding research award. She has supervised many PhDs and post doc Dr Rafia has been awarded with Pride of the Nation Award. Dr Rafia is President Pakistan Psychological Association. She is a visiting research scientist at York University Canada. Her community services for mental health are remarkable. She is known for her contribution as psychologists on different television channels. During pandemic she started one minute video series and recorded many programs for helping people improve wellbeing. Dr Rafia started free online mental health services named Covid -19 Mental Health Services from the platform of Institute of Applied Psychology PU. She is member of American and Canadian Psychological Associations. Dr Rafia is reviewer for 20 National and international journals. She has more than 100 research publications in National and impact factor journals. Currently she is serving as member board of director for international Institute of Muslim Mental Health and Family Therapy Malaysia.
